All managers, coaches and players must attend the welcoming banquet at Mark Evenson Fields on Wednesday, July 22nd at 5 PM. Parents & other family members are welcome to attend. The cost is $10 per adult, $8 for school aged children, children under the age of 5 are $5 and it is $30 for a family of 4 or more. This meal is sponsored in part by the Minnesota Twins.
Officials & Coaches Meeting
All Officials, Coaches, Managers, Head Umpire, State Task Force and members of the tournament committee are good to attend. The meeting will be held at 7:30 AM Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Countryside Restaurant west of Bemidji (map).
All managers, coaches and players must attend the Opening Ceremonies. Everyone is expected to arrive at the Mark Evenson Fields located at 2221 Middle School Rd no later than 9:00 AM on Thursday, July 23th dressed in full uniform.
Admission to Games
Admission to all games will be waived for all players, managers and coaches. (One pass will be provided for each by the committee) Families and fans will be charged for admission. Adults will be $5.00 per day and school age children will be $3 per day & children 5 and under are free. Four (4) person families pass (no extended family) for the duration of the tournament will be available for $25. Passes will be available at the Opening banquet & at the ball park gate.
Concessions will be available before, during and after all games at the ballpark.Teams may have water coolers in the dugouts for players and coaches.
No outside food or drink is allowed at the Mark Evenson Fields. In addition – no pets, smoking, alcohol, scooters, rollerblades, skateboards, bicycles or other motorized vehicles with the exception of Handicap accessories. Small children must be supervised. Please throw refuse in containers. No fence climbing. No soft toss or hitting into the fence.
