All managers, coaches and players must attend the welcoming picnic at the Mark Evenson Fields on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at 5 PM. Parents & other family members are welcome to attend. The cost is $5 per person.
Officials & Coaches Meeting
All Officials, Coaches, Managers, Head Umpire, State Task Force and members of the tournament committee are good to attend. The meeting will be held at 7:30 AM Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Countryside Restaurant west of Bemidji (map).
All managers, coaches and players must attend the Opening Ceremonies. Everyone is expected to arrive at the Mark Evenson Fields located at 2221 Middle School Rd no later than 9:00 AM on Thursday, July 20th dressed in full uniform.
Tournament Passes / Gate Fees
- Tournament pass (up to 4 immediate family members) $60
- Single tournament pass $25
- Daily Pass $10 per person
Concessions will be available before, during and after all games at the ballpark. Teams may have water coolers in the dugouts for players and coaches.
No outside food or drink is allowed at the Mark Evenson Fields. In addition – no pets, smoking, alcohol, scooters, rollerblades, skateboards, bicycles or other motorized vehicles with the exception of Handicap accessories. Small children must be supervised. Please throw refuse in containers. No fence climbing. No soft toss or hitting into the fence.
All participants will receive a participation medal. Trophies will be awarded to the 1st & 2nd place teams as well as a plaque. The Midwest Plains Region will also provide the Norm and Colleen Travis Sportsmanship Banner & Pins to the 1st place sportsmanship team.
